Highlight: The Knowledge
This 49.5 km route starts and ends at Camping Kikmolen, at cycle junction 61, and immediately takes you into the quiet charm of the Maas Valley, with De Wissen as a highlight. You cycle through a landscape that is constantly changing, from woodland edges and open fields to long, peaceful stretches where the horizon feels vast.
You cycle towards the river area via the junction network, gradually entering the world of De Wissen. This is a place of water, reeds, and birds, where nature feels close by and unhurried. It's the perfect spot to slow down for a while. Park your bike, take a short walk, and perhaps spot grazing animals or water birds, or simply enjoy the silence of the nature reserve.
From there the route continues along quiet paths and small village connections. You'll cycle between green corridors and river landscapes before finally returning to Kikmolen.
