  • Can I come without making a reservation?
    This is possible, provided that a spot is available. Our advice, especially during the holidays in the spring, is to make reservations early, though. Please note that payment can only be made by cash or payconiq.
  • How does payment work?
    Payment can be made – upon reservation – in advance by bank transfer. It can also be cash during check-in. It is not possible to pay by card.
    NOTE: We use warrants for the shower key and the barrier badge. These must be paid in cash, as you will also receive them back in cash upon check-out. The guarantees for the shower key and the barrier badge are both €20. In addition, you will receive €10 shower credit, with the unused value also refunded. So in that case it is definitely recommended to bring €50.
  • Is there WiFi at the campground?
    At the reception you can purchase vouchers with WiFi codes (€3 for one day, €15 for one week)
  • Are biking and hiking trails available for purchase?
    at the reception we are happy to advise you about the nature in the area and maps with routes are available.
  • Are dogs welcome at the campground?
    There are special meadows where campers with dogs can stay. Dogs are obviously not allowed at the swimming pond. When making your reservation or at check-in, be sure to let us know if you have one or more dogs with you.
  • Can I choose my own seat?
    We will designate your seat after check-in, but if possible, we will certainly take your wishes into account.
  • When is the pool open?
    The pool is open in July and August, when lifeguards are present.
