frequently asked questions

Do you have plans to come to Camp Kikmolen or have you already booked? Top.
We provide some more information that will make check-in and your stay easier and even more enjoyable.

  • How does check-in take place? Check-in is possible from 10:30am to 6pmcheck-out is around 11am. You really can’t make it to arrive before 6pm? Then please contact us by phone to see what the options are.

  • Can I come to camp without making a reservation? This is possible, provided that a spot is available. Our advice, especially during the holidays in the spring, is to make reservations early, though. The easiest way to do this is through the booking module.

  • Can I reserve a specific seat? It is not possible To designate places in advance. After checking in, we will take you to the spot. To the extent possible, we do always try to take into account your (zone of) preference. You can certainly make that known when booking, there is room for comments when you book online. Even if you would like to be near someone else, you can communicate it that way.

  • How does payment work?
If you booked well in advance through the booking system, the advance and the balance by bank transfer be paid.
    If it is a bit
short notice day, it is easiest to pay the total amount upon arrival payment.

  • What happens if you have to cancel your stay? No (down)payment has been made yet? Then we can cancel without any problem. However, it is not possible to refund money if a payment has already been made. In that case you will receive a voucher that is valid until August, the year after your cancellation. In other words, if you cancel your vacation in May 2024, your voucher is valid until August 2025.

  • Becoming ACSI and CKE cards accepted? We gladly accept them, during the off-season (excluding Ascension through Pentecost).
Condition is that you make your membership known before paying in full.
    – If you book online, mention your membership in the note and pay only the deposit. The discount will then be deducted from the balance during the        check-in.
    – If you come to check-in without booking in advance, mention your membership right away, before the bill is made out.

  • What about safeguards? Upon arrival you will receive a barrier chip (€20,- deposit) and shower key for the sanitary facilities and dishes (€20,- deposit and €10,- water credit) if desired. These guarantees should  cash to be paid as these are also returned in cash upon check-out.  The rest of the stay can be paid by bank card or cash.

On this map you can clearly see where dogs are and are not allowed. Dogs are of course not allowed on the sunbathing area or in the swimming pool. Visitors or day guests are not allowed to bring dogs either. When making your reservation or at check-in, be sure to let us know if you have a dog with you.
